Valnor uses the Gorean Meter (GM) combat system.  One of the requirements for role play in Valnor is that the meter must be worn.

The meter is free and there are networked dispensers both in the mall and on the ship.  If for any reason these are down, a non-networked dispensor is available on Poorland.
